Westclox made this charming black bakelite Handbag Watch in the shape of a 2-3/4" diameter stopwatch. The elegantly simple face is marked "Westclox", and the convex crystal is encircled by a brass ring emblazoned with large ivory-colored numbers. Impeccably clean and in perfect working order, this superb ladies timepiece is set and wound with the knob at the top, and a slow - fast adjuster is beneath the removable back. This fabulous vintage Handbag Watch is in near mint condition, with only very minor scuffing to the back. A demure brass stand accompanies the watch for its display. The box still has the selling jeweler's label attached, and the original hand-written gift card inside.
