What a great example of vintage modern design! This swivel desk lamp stands 11-3/4" tall with a 6" base. The shade on this fantastic lamp is 8-1/4" in diameter, and has an insert that has a light tan enamel coating. The base and arm are stationary, and the shade will swivel 180º from the position shown in the picture. The socket appears to be original, accepts a standard incandescent bulb, and has a pull chain switch. The power cord has been replaced and rewired to the inside of the lamp. The chrome on this lamp is in exceptional condition. There is only very minor surface scuffing and one small indent on the shade edge near the pivot point. The enamel has crazing from age, and four small areas where the paint has chipped away from the its bottom edge. This lamp is in extraordinary condition and works great. What a better way to bring modern design onto your desktop, than with this beautiful vintage lamp.
